1. Agenda of the Lisbon meeting (22–23 June)
First of all, we would like to thank you for the excellent response received: we are delighted that the great majority of consortium members will be able to participate in person in Lisbon.
The meeting has been designed primarily as a face-to-face event, in order to foster exchange, collaborative work and discussion among the different areas of the project.
For those who will not be able to attend in person, the plenary sessions will be available online. The Teams link can be found in the attached agenda.
Please note that participants attending in person who wish to use the simultaneous English–Spanish interpretation service during the plenary sessions will also need to connect to the Teams link using their own headphones.
2. Meeting flyer
We are also attaching the meeting flyer for anyone who may wish to share it through their own communication channels. We would also like to inform you that the flyer and press release have already been sent to the communication offices of the partner institutions, so no further action is required in this regard.

3. Information about the agenda
Translation and online participation
During the day on 22 June and the morning of 23 June (plenary sessions), we will have the support of Alfonsina, our English–Spanish interpreter. We recommend having headphones available in order to follow the interpretation.
These sessions will also be available online via Teams.
By contrast, the scientific workshops scheduled for the afternoon of 23 June will take place exclusively in person.
Scientific sessions and other presentations
In the coming days, we will contact the coordinators of the different scientific sessions and all those presenting to provide information about speaking times.
We would also like to remind everyone to use the IPOV PowerPoint template. If anyone does not have it, please feel free to request it.

Scientific workshops on the second day
As we did last year, the afternoon of the second day will be dedicated to group work focused on progress and next steps within the different scientific areas of the project:
- Training and Tools
- Mental Health
- Restorative Justice
- Transformative Practices
- Laws and Human Rights
- Definition and Use
We will soon send a form with specific instructions for joining the groups. We would like to remind everyone that participants may take part in more than one session during the afternoon and contribute ideas, proposals and future activities.
Logistical information
- Both lunches and coffee breaks are included.
- We will create a WhatsApp group for organisational communications during the meeting. Those who have not yet shared their phone number with us are kindly invited to do so by email.
- We will propose an informal closing dinner on 23 June. Participation will be optional and costs will be covered individually. Further details will be shared soon.
Nascer.pt Forum – 24 June
We would like to remind you that on 24 June the Nascer.pt Forum, organised by the nascer.pt team, will take place, and all of you are warmly invited to participate.
The event will include activities in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
For those wishing to take part in the methodological workshops of the Forum, registration links can be found in the agenda. We recommend registering in advance to facilitate the organisation of the activities.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you very soon in Lisbon.
