Secondments carried out by María Hidalgo Rudilla and Valeria Hiraldo Cuevas at the University of Udine in 2024 strengthened coordination, communication, documentation management, and digital platform development within the IPOV – Respectful Care project.

In June 2024, IPOV – Respectful Care carried out a series of meetings, institutional visits, and professional exchanges in Portugal focused on respectful childbirth and perinatal care. Through secondments involving Serena Brigidi, Ema Schuler, and Maria Fernanda Gonzalez, the project strengthened international collaboration with hospitals, universities, and professionals committed to more humane, ethical, and evidence-informed maternity care.
