What are IPOV deliverables?
Deliverables are the products of the IPOV – RESPECTFUL CARE project, which describe our activities, such as the progress and results of our scientific work, the exchange of skills and experiences that take place during secondments, and the planning and design of actions.
The European project IPOV – RESPECTFUL CARE develops an international, interdisciplinary and intersectoral platform to advance knowledge, dialogue, training and policy reflection on obstetric violence, respectful maternity care and human rights in childbirth.
As a Horizon Europe MSCA Staff Exchanges project, IPOV – RESPECTFUL CARE combines research, secondments, knowledge transfer, professional training, digital dissemination and collaboration between academic institutions, healthcare-related organisations, civil society actors and social innovation partners. The project’s public deliverables and scientific publications reflect this collaborative approach and provide evidence of the work carried out across different work packages.
These outputs are designed to support transparency, public access to project results, scientific dissemination, responsible data management, stakeholder engagement and the transfer of knowledge beyond the consortium.

Contribution of the public outputs to the project’s objectives
Together, these deliverables and publications demonstrate the progressive development of IPOV – RESPECTFUL CARE across its main areas of work.
They contribute to:
- public dissemination of the project;
- transparent communication of objectives and results;
- responsible management of data and project documentation;
- creation of digital tools for knowledge organisation and access;
- development of learning scenarios for healthcare professionals;
- analysis of case studies and survey-based evidence;
- connection between research, professional practice, policy and civil society;
- scientific production on maternity, breastfeeding, public health, bioethics and obstetric violence.
The public deliverables also reflect the collaborative nature of a Horizon Europe MSCA Staff Exchanges project. Through these outputs, IPOV – RESPECTFUL CARE documents its work, shares knowledge with wider audiences and supports the long-term transfer of research results into training, institutional reflection and social impact.
By combining communication, digital infrastructure, data management, learning resources, survey analysis and scientific publications, the project strengthens its capacity to contribute to respectful maternity care and to the recognition, prevention and analysis of obstetric violence from an interdisciplinary and rights-based perspective.
