As a member of Diseño Social, my primary focus revolves around this website, which entails the development of a digital tool. Throughout this endeavor, I'll be actively engaged in organizing secondments between Diseño Social, UNIUD, UDUR, and UCR. These secondments are crucial as they span the entire lifecycle of the platform, encompassing design, testing, and implementation phases.
My role is pivotal in facilitating a collaborative design process among the team members and the platform coordinator. This involves constant communication and the exchange of ideas, proposals, content, and technical expertise to ensure that the platform meets the project's needs, aligns with usage requirements, and resonates with potential stakeholders.
During these secondments, I'll take charge of planning and sharing training materials related to platform management, user guidelines, and frequently asked questions (FAQs). It's essential to empower other team members with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the platform. Moreover, I'll work closely with UNIUD, ensuring that skills and knowledge are transferred seamlessly during secondments and plenary meetings, thereby contributing to the success of various work packages.
In addition to facilitating skill transfer, I'll also be responsible for providing maintenance and online technical support during meetings. This ensures that any issues with the platform are promptly addressed, and its smooth operation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Furthermore, I'll be readily available to organize online meetings as needed, facilitating the exchange of technical support and knowledge on platform management among team members.
