TRAINEESHIP PROGRAMME – CALL FOR APPLICATIONS (2026)
The IPOV–RESPECTFULCARE Project is launching a call for applications for its Traineeship Programme 2026.
We are inviting students, early-stage researchers, and young professionals in art, graphic design, visual communication, and web communication who are interested in contributing to the development of communication and visual content for the IPOV digital platform.
The traineeship will last a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months, depending on the candidate’s availability and agreement with the project team. The traineeship will be carried out online, under the mentoring of IPOV e project’s Design and Communication Manager.
Applicants should demonstrate interest in the themes addressed by the project, particularly issues related to obstetric violence, respectful maternity care, and women’s rights in healthcare.

Expected Tasks
The trainee will support the updating and development of the IPOV digital platform.
Activities may include:
- Supporting the development of visual and graphic content for the platform
- Assisting in the design of communication materials (web graphics, visual content, presentations, social media materials)
- Contributing to the visual development and communication strategy of the platform
- Collecting and helping to produce research and educational materials related to Obstetric Violence
- Supporting the preparation and organization of online content and communication resources
What the Project Offers
This traineeship is not financially remunerated. However, the project offers the following opportunities:
- Formal traineeship agreement signed by the trainee and a project representative, recognizing the trainee’s scientific collaboration within the international network of experts of the EU-funded project
- Visibility on the IPOV digital platform within the “Internships and Scientific Collaborations” section, where trainees may publish their photo, profile, and contact details
- Certificate of attendance at the end of the traineeship period
Eligibility
Applicants should meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, postgraduate, or PhD student
- Early-stage researcher
- Demonstrated interest or previous work related to the themes of the project
Backgrounds in art, graphic design, visual communication, digital media, web design, or related fields are particularly encouraged to apply.
