Logos to include in the project documents

For more details on using the corporate identity in Spanish and English, please refer to the attached document. For any further information or queries, feel free to email cm@respectfulcare.eu, who will be happy to assist with the composition of visual identity assets and address any questions that may arise.

Concept

The IPOV logo is a simple and elegant design that represents the connection between the mother, the uterus, and the fetus. The circle symbolizes the uterus, the space where the baby is nurtured—the beginning of life. The name “IPOV” is derived from the initials of “International Platform on Obstetric Violence”

Construction

The icon is composed of 6 circles and an ellipse, meticulously arranged on a grid. This grid is formed by horizontal, vertical, and 45° diagonal lines. Four circles define the figure of the mother, while another four outline the figure of the baby. The design’s axis is subtly shifted to the right, creating an opening in the circle through an ellipse that is cut at a 90° angle.

Icon

Our distinctive and minimalist icon can be used independently of the wordmark, serving as a crucial element in defining IPOV’s visual identity.

Corporate Brand

The IPOV wordmark is designed to be simple, bold, and uppercase, reflecting the strength and clarity of our brand.

Clear Space

To ensure our logo always looks its best, it requires adequate space to stand out. We have established clear parameters to protect this space from encroachment by other elements. The width of the largest circle in the icon defines the value of X, which is used to determine the required clear space around both the icon and the corporate brand.

Minimum Size

To maintain clarity in both digital and print applications, our logo should never be reproduced at a size smaller than the specified minimum dimensions shown here.

Positive and Negative

To maintain the clarity of our brand image, the logo may be used in either white or black, depending on the background. However, this positive and negative application should only be used when displaying the logo in color is not feasible.

Color Usage

The IPOV logo can be used in different color variations, depending on the background it is applied to.

Corporate Brand + Motto

The corporate brand is complemented by a motto that encapsulates the essence of IPOV. This motto is crafted using the TT Backwards Script Trl bold typeface, with a slight modification to the letter “s.” It can be used independently or alongside the corporate brand in its horizontal version, following the specified spacing and proportions.

Corporate Brand + Digital Media

When incorporating a hashtag, social media handles, or the website, the specified proportions must be maintained. Adjust letter spacing as needed, always using Coolvetica Regular typography.

Corporate Brand + Associates

In some instances, it may be necessary to include an associate’s logo. The scale and positioning of each component are crucial. The IPOV logo should always be placed on the left, with a vertical divider separating the IPOV logo from the partner logo.

Do’s and Don’ts

The logo embodies the identity and values of our company. It is the first impression our clients and partners have when they interact with us. Therefore, it is essential to use it with care and professionalism. Always adhere to the guidelines and best practices for using the logo across various contexts and formats. Never alter, distort, or misuse the logo in any manner.
